Oh no, what next?!
A play celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Hohnsteiner Puppenspiele

There is great excitement in Kasperhausen. Indeed, Kasper and his entire troupe of puppets have reason to celebrate: Their puppet theater is 100 years old! To mark the occasion, the king of Fairyland has invited all the puppets to his castle for a big party. But before the party can get started, invitations need to be sent out, eveningwear has to be washed and ironed, and 100 balloons need blowing up. No wonder things go wrong with so much commotion. For in Kasper shows, too, “nobody” seems to be perfect just like in everyday life…

Peter-Michael Krohn resurrects the fine art of Hohnsteiner hand puppetry with a new brilliance. The old original puppets are brought back to life with authentic precision. True-to-the-original scenery, accompanying music typical of the Hohnsteiner style, and a detailed replica of the stage combine to complete the overall look of this impressive production.
